Create A Query
Click the Queries tab 
The Sales table disappears.
Click 
Access displays the New Query window which provides you with several
options to create a query.
We will create a query with the Design View option.

Access displays the Show Table window.
When creating a query, Access requires a
data object
which can be a table or query in your database. We will use the Sales table
as our data object.
Click 
Access adds a
field list
to the Select Query window.
Click 
The upper section of the Select Query window contains field lists. The
lower part contains areas to select: fields, sorting options, and criteria.
